Wi-Max CSR SMS Messages

Finally, yesterday my problem with Wi-Max has finally been resolved. They have credited back the two CTU 350 to my electronic wallet after ten days. When I made a follow-up before 5 P.M., the CSR just told me that they have sent an invalid e-pin and they would credit back my money within the day.

Anyway, I have compiled two SMS messages I got from Wi-Max Customer Service. Sorry for the wrong grammar.

“Gud pm, sir… I understand u.. but even us we still waiting for the advice comes from the person in charge for this,,I will try to give u a feedback asap.” –5/28/07 4:23 PM

“Gud AM! Your concern has been acknowledge and now in process. You shall be inform with the development of your concern. Thanks! Wi-Max Txt Support.” -5/28/07 7:44 PM

Even my problem with Wi-Max has been resolved; I plan to send an email to the Wi-Max HRD Head. They should improve their customer service procedure or else they might experience customer attrition.
